Utility Clerk (part-time)

The Utility Clerk is responsible for the billing and collection of the Village’s utility accounts, which include water, sewer and refuse and recycling. In addition, the Utility Clerk serves as the main contact for reporting problems pertaining to water, sewer, storm sewer, streets, lights, or any other infrastructure concerns. The Utility Clerk also handles scheduling of the 3rd floor Town Hall Community Room and reservations for the park shelter houses.

Rhonda Hohenbrink

Income Tax Administrator (part time)

The Income Tax Administrator is responsible for the administration of the Village of Bluffton’s Income Tax, currently 1.25%. This position is a Part-Time position with Office Hours on Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM, or by appointment (Closed from Noon - 1:00 PM).

Nancy Kindle

Fiscal Officer (full time)

The Fiscal Officer is responsible for the Fiscal Management and Record Keeping for the Village. This appointed position replaced the elected Clerk-Treasurer position.

Jack Huber 

Village Administrator (full time)

The powers and duties of the Village Administrator position are detailed in Ohio Revised Code section 735.273. In general, the Village Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day business of the Village and serves at the pleasure of the Mayor and Council.
