The Village Administrative Offices are responsible for utility billing and collection, administration of the Village income tax, fiscal management, zoning, and managing the day to day business of the Village of Bluffton, including parks and recreation, personnel, planning, capital projects, refuse collection and recycling, economic development, and many other functions.
The administrative offices for the Village Administrator, Village Fiscal Officer, Utility Clerk and Income Tax Administrator are located on the first floor of the Bluffton Town Hall, 154 North Main Street.
